Caramelised buckies anyone?

This month it is delicious caramelised buckies!
Caramelised buckies are crunchy activated buckwheat kernels coated in a delicious selection of superfoods, such as maca and mesquite. They are great with milk (hot or cold), in trail mix, and as a topper for yoghurt, desserts, ice-creams and smoothies. Yum!
