State of the Derwent 2012 Report Card now available

The 2012 State of the Derwent Report Card is now available. The Report Card summarises monitoring data collected by the Derwent Estuary Program (DEP) and partners in the area between New Norfolk and the Iron Pot Light. The report includes trends in industrial, sewage and stormwater discharges, monitoring results for swimming beaches and heavy metals in seafood, as well as actions taken to clean-up the Derwent.
